Learn the value of Pilates principles in Alignment, Breathing and Centering whilst using the Pilates Reformer and Tower. Followup are 2 x 50 mins private sessions which will give you a strong understanding of the Pilates Apparatus's, and, prepare you for Studio Group sessions.

Intro Session discusses your goals and needs, explores Pilates Principals. A postural assessment will enable a program to be designed for your needs. The session is a private session at Pilates with Val Studio, 8 Forest Rd, Highfields. Allow 60 mins. FREE parking at kerbside, walk down the driveway to the studio. Wear leisure clothing, a pair of socks and bring a bottle of water.
