New clients are required to book a new client consultation before booking appointment with stylist. This does not mean book consultation then you book your appointment online. At the consultation the stylist will book that appointment for you and that’s when you will pay your deposit as well.
All services include a shampoo, therefore be prepared to be shampooed by stylist. Please read descriptions for each service before booking to make sure this is the correct service for you. We do not provide hair at the salon, so each client is asked to bring their own hair to extension/crochet service.
Due to COVID-19, there has been some changes to scheduling and the salon. We will work on one client at a time. There will be no room for waiting area and everyone is asked to not bring extra guest, unless you accompanying a younger adult or elderly.
-Due to parking I would suggest coming 10-15 early to get a parking spot. This does not mean come inside 20 mins early due to small waiting area. Come in at appointment time. I am located near Dames Chicken & Waffles and beside Still Shot Photography so please be mindful of parking when it’s appointment time to avoid being late

Also all deposits are non-refundable!!!! If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is not refundable but if you reschedule the deposit will transfer over to new appointment. No deposit will be credited to another appointment if appointment is canceled on client end. Clients are allowed to reschedule appointments or cancel through email, so there is no need to contact stylist on rescheduling appointments or cancellations. You can do this feature by using the confirmation email that is sent directly after booking.
There are no extra guest to accompany you at your appointment unless they are being serviced no exceptions. Kids are not allowed at the salon unless being serviced, if child care is an issue for you please reschedule appointment.
