We do not charge you to book your appointment, however we ask for your card information in the case of short notice cancellations.
If you need to cancel your appointment,
please provide at least 48 hours notice
otherwise you will be charged.
• Cancellations with more than 48hrs notice will *not* be charged.
• Cancellations with less than 48hr notice will be charged 50% of the appointment total.
• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24hr notice will be charged the full amount of your appointment and can not be applied to future appointments.

On the day of your appointment, we can accept card, cash, or venmo.
*Important* Please book each appointment under the receiving client's name. Do not group several appointments together as one. Each client must have their own appointment under their name.
We are often very flexible, so if at the time of your event / appointment you would like to choose a larger time or service package than you originally booked for, we can potentially accommodate and charge for the overages in person.
