Space at LifeCare Centre meets weekly for 30 weeks (during school terms) to give new parents and babies the opportunity to make real connections and explore parenting and child development in a safe, facilitated environment. This programme starting in February 2025 is for babies born between August 2024-January 2025. Pukekohe Community Action creates a welcoming environment where parents are encouraged to nurture their relationship with their baby and grow in their role as parents. Fees are spread over 30 weeks with an initial $45 booking fee taken by Parenting Place, then a $20 donation per term in terms 2 and 3 to PCA who run Space. If your baby is older, please enquire as we may have space in an existing group.

Come and join us at Rachel’s House Space programme as we build a community of support each week for parents of new babies and talk through our parenting journey, discuss a range of topics focused on baby development. At Rachel’s House we provide a safe place for families to navigate the changing world around them.

Space at our Newtown Salvation Army ECE Centre aims to create a supportive environment for parents and their babies. Our programme is facilitated by Nina, a qualified ECE teacher, and Vikki, who are both passionate about post-partum care and infant development.
The cost for this 30 weeks program is $135 total – which is a $45 deposit paid directly to Parenting Place, and then a $90 fee paid to our ECE centre, invoiced in your first week of sessions.
