Breathwork for Letting Go
Drop in for my final monthly group in BK as we come together in order to make space for (appropriately!) letting go. The active 2-part breath will allow us to feel into our bodies and move through any stuck, stagnant and blocked emotions and energy to literally let go of all the unwanted stuff we’ve been hanging onto, allowing us to more easily let go in our day-to-day lives. I will surely be back, but come say goodbye for now in this special group.
