Yoga - Private
A private 60 minute class appropriate for all levels and perfect for those that want to move their body and quiet their mind. We use props such as bolsters, blankets, straps and yoga blocks to support poses so they are easily accessible. Yoga can help release tension, improve posture, flexibility, calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.
Thai Bodywork and Reiki
Ready for a deep relaxation treatment without the need for traditional massage?
Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic touch technique, or energy healing treatment. The word reiki means universal (rei) life energy (ki). The practitioner transmits natural healing vibrations to the body of the recipient. If you suffer from physical or emotional pain, reiki treatments can move the energy around those sources of pain and help release them.
Experience deep relaxation and refreshment as I help you stretch your muscles and joints and open up vital energy pathways.
You’ll wear loose, comfortable clothes and will relax on a padded mat as I move your body in a gentle way. The session begins on your back, then you move to your belly, sides and then to a seated position.
Enjoy natural stress relief as we synch the movements with your breath and create a meditative space for deep relaxation.
