Appointment Day Policy:
- For the appointment balance, CASH ONLY is preferred.
- Kindly come with your eyebrows waxed or threaded for a more defined and detailed eyebrow.
- If you want pictures taken, kindly dress in a cute outfit or pictures won't be taken.
- Pictures will be taken at MakeUp Artist's discretion.
Scheduling Policy:
Please ensure to book the right appointment as no changes will be made on the day of the appointment.
- Either you get the service you scheduled
- Or you cancel with the deposit being voided/non-refundable/non-transferable
- And you get charged 100% of the remaining balance with the card on file and a new deposit will be required if you want to reschedule.
Payment Policy:
- A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure all makeup appointments. This deposit will be deducted/removed from the total amount.
- A $200 and up deposit is required to secure all makeup classes.
- Payment will be due at the scheduled makeup appointment via CASH ONLY. Tips are acceptable and highly appreciated.
Late Policy:
There is a 5-minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a $20 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Please provide at least a 24 hours notice via text/email to cancel your appointment.
- If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded. Once the appointment is canceled the deposit is voided/non-transferable.
- Same-day cancellations 6 hours or less before your scheduled appointment will result in being charged 100% of the remaining balance with the card on file and a new deposit will be required if you want to reschedule.
- If cancellation is due to the artist (due to unforeseen reasons) your deposit will be refunded immediately to the form of payment you processed with.
- If you do a "No Call-No Show", you will be charged 100% of the full amount of the remaining balance with the card on file & banned from future bookings.
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients are not allowed to reschedule their own appointments online. Please contact Roseline via Text/Email to reschedule all appointments & classes. You may only reschedule your appointment 1 time with your original deposit to a new date within 30 days of your original appointment ONLY IF APPOINTMENT IS CANCELED WITHIN 24 HOURS. After 30 days, a new deposit is required for rescheduling any appointments.
No Call No Show Policy:
"No Call-No Shows" will be banned from booking future appointments and the deposit will be non-refundable. They will also be charged the full remaining balance of the service with the card on file.
Travel policy:
I do not travel for individual appointments, especially on weekends. I only travel for Bridal parties. If you need Roseline to travel for a Photoshoot etc., please send an email for a quote.
Guest Policy:
There are no guests or extra people or kids allowed at the time of your appointment. No Exceptions.
Bridal/Wedding Parties:
- Please send an email to onyeka_ofodile@yahoo.com for bridal bookings.
- ALL BRIDAL, BRIDAL PARTY, or HOME-CALL APPOINTMENT BALANCES ARE DUE 24 hrs BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DATE OF YOUR BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Do Not Schedule Bridal Bookings on the Website.
