1 hour 10 minutes
Yoga Therapy takes an individualised approach, 'prescribing' peronalised yoga programmes to assist the state of equilibrium and optimal health. Specific yoga methods: asana (postures), pranayama (bioenergy control), mudra (body gesture and mental attitude), bandha (energy locks), shatkarma (purification practices), meditation (concentrated focus) and yoga nidra (conscious relaxation; dynamic rest) are reccommended and carefully taught to stimulate, regulate and harmonize body, mind and soul.
