It is the rider’s responsibility to make sure they use all of their lessons in their subscription each month. Riding Club of Austin will not roll over unused lessons


Riders may reschedule their lessons prior to 12 hours in advance. Lessons canceled under 12 hours prior to scheduled lesson time will not be rescheduled or refunded.


Subscriptions are auto-pay & must be cancelled prior to the charge date. We do not refund.


Cancelled subscription lessons (prior to 12-hour cut off) may be rescheduled providing the student remains continuously enrolled in the monthly membership program. If a student discontinues the subscription and does not use all of their lessons within their last month, any unused lessons are void.
