*Please note: If you are booking the event and not planning on attending, we request you send these terms and agreements to someone who will be attending. We will require a credit card to keep on file from someone in attendance. If there are 6 or more in your party and you plan on ordering food we do require a catering order. Tabs will need to be paid for in full when checking out.*
The Den is a spacious meeting room that is great for meetings and small events and we are excited you are interested in reserving the space.
Please follow the below prompts to book your reservation as we do not accept reservations over the phone. Reservations can be made for any duration of time, but please remember that your scheduled time includes both the set up and clean up of your event.
Reservations must be made at least 5 business days in advance and catering orders must be made with at least 48-hours notice. Note: we cannot accommodate for reservation changes or refunds with less than 5 business days notice.
Catering orders should be emailed to The Den and may be changed or refunded up to 72-hours before the event date.

After-hours bookings are available upon request for an additional charge.

No outside food is allowed.
A credit card is required upon booking and payment will be processed upon confirmation of appointment.
If The Den is not returned to its original set up after your event, there will be a $75 cleaning fee charged.
