This initial 90-minute appointment is longer appointment to allow you to give your provider a good overview of your situation and what you'd like to get out of your time together.

If you have already had a New Client/First Appointment, please select this option for ongoing sessions. Please do not schedule this option if this is your very first appointment. We recommend anticipating at least 6-12 sessions.

THIS IS NOT A THERAPY APPOINTMENT. Our providers are highly skilled and have worked with an array of relationship issues and issues individuals face. If you have not decided on a provider yet, or need more information about your provider, this is 10-minutes of interviewing the provider you make an appointment with. No therapy will be provided.
