Reiki is a sacred energy healing practice working with the chakra system (energy wheels) of the body. It is a wonderful practice that can assist in healing your body/soul and releasing any non-serving and stagnant energy that gets in the way of you feeling free, happy, and light. Hypnotic Reiki invites the practice of hypnotherapy to access a deeper layer of consciousness by way of the subconscious mind for emotional release and intentional reprogramming.
