Consultations
We offer several different ways for a Consultation
Phone - $25 fee. During the Consultation you advise what areas your working on and I explain what we have and what it will cost. $25 fee goes toward service. Pictures for this Consultation can sent to email: excelbodysculpting@gmail.com. We don’t accept pictures via DM.
In person - $50 Client comes in for 15 minute consultation on the areas she/he would like to improve. We explain what your choices are. $50 fee goes toward your service.

No Call/No Show
Missed and no call no shows require a $25 booking fee before rebooking a new session. Excel Body Sculpting won’t rebook your appt only the client can rebook the appt thru the confirmation email you received when booking.
Your 2nd No call No show you will be charged the entire price and banned from booking with Excel Body Sculpting.
Cancellations/Reschedule
Your appt. can’t be rescheduled or cancelled via text/DM/phone call. The only way to reschedule or cancel an appt is by clicking on your appt confirmation that came to your email and taking action. Appts must be cancelled within 24 hours before service. After that time there is a $25 fee and you must use appropriate link to reschedule.
Please refrain from wearing makeup or be prepared to take it off when you schedule the following services: body wrap, any brow treatments, teeth whitening or facial services.
Groupon
All Groupon still require a Non Refundable Consultation fee of $25 that must be paid before booking an appt. When you purchase a Groupon and it’s decided after your consultation that we can’t help you the Groupon isn’t cashed in by Excel Body Sculpting. The Client would need to contact Groupon for their refund policy. Excel Body Sculpting doesn’t offer the Groupon please book the Groupon on their site.
You can’t use Cherry to purchase anything on Groupon. Purchase Groupon on their site and use Cherry to make purchases on our site only.
Promos/Sales
Each client has exactly 6 months to complete services for promos/sales. For Groupon once you start services you have 6 months to complete services. There is absolutely no extension. Regular price services don’t have an expiration date. After 6 months you have a SPA Credit.
Buttocks Fillers/Sculptra
If you are booking a Consultation the fee is $50. In order to secure an appt there is a $400 deposit due to schedule. The remainder is due in full on the day of the service before the service starts. Please be advised deposits are due at the time of booking slots, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Radiesse is only sold via 140 ml, 200 ml or 300 ml. Excel BodySculpting doesn’t sell per unit this is the only breakdown.
Facial Dermal Fillers leaves the face swollen for up to 72hrs sometimes longer. Please be aware if this before booking. You can take Arnica Tablets for pain and inflammation. Facial Fillers can also cause your Lymph Nodes to become swollen in some cases. Please be aware of that before getting services

Spa Rules
No services will be performed while your on your menstrual cycle. Please schedule all services around your menstral cycle.
Absolutely no children or extra Guest or pets are allowed in the Spa. If you’re receiving a Post Op Lymphatic Massage you can be dropped off and picked up. Absolutely no one can stay thru your massage process
No phone 📞 use during service and masks are required for everyone.
All Sales are final No Cash Refunds
Each and every service must be scheduled and prepaid via our web site. No services can be added same day.
We take our last client 1 hour before closing. Service can’t be more than 1 hour long. After and Before hours appts require a $50 fee.
Groupon Deals and Packages aren’t the same as the regular ones. Groupon Deals can be used once per year, per service per patient. Groupon and Cherry Payment Plan can’t be combined. If you have questions please feel free to call us at 678.752.1766.
Do not play music from your phone until your service has been completed and you have checked out for the day.
Please take care your personal hygiene before arriving at the spa. This is very important so that you won’t be turned around
All Prepaid services are non-transferable/non refundable and must be used by the person who booked the services.
Please be aware before purchasing Sculptra Butt Injections that they require 4 weeks - 6 months for the full potential and in most cases some clients require a second round. Any Buttocks injections require a before and after picture so we can see the difference even if it isn’t being posted.
Buttocks/Hip fillers are sold and injected by vials/ml. Sometimes after the filler has settled most clients will require a 2nd session. Please make sure you’re aware of this before booking. You can also book a Consultation
Please make sure to fill out the Client Form correctly with any allergies.
All Cyro Therapy and Buttocks Enhancement Sessions require a Consultation before booking the service. You can book a Consultation online or send pictures of the area too 678.752.1766.
Excel Body Sculpting does non surgical non invasive procedures. Nothing is guaranteed. Our part is only 25% you must still maintain a healthy active lifestyle, eat healthy and do your part too help. With Cyro Therapy it’s always recommended too get 3 sessions on each area. Please be aware of this before booking.
