Co-Collaborate with client to set goals, while reinforcing commitment and adherence to practitioner’s treatment recommendations.
Co-create and execute a plan with the client that inspires him or her to a path of better health.
Help clients draw on internal strengths, develop self-knowledge, and embrace self-management strategies in order to make lifestyle changes necessary for optimal health.
Provide Weight lifting Programs and Cardio Prescriptions.
