PAYMENT

A non - refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Your deposit counts towards the total cost. Remaining balance is due at the initial appointment. Listed pricing does not include HST. Touchups are not included with the initial fee. All bookings are final and total fees are non - refundable.

Semi - Permanent procedure will NOT be performed on you if any of the following condition(s) applies to you: (Provide a doctor's note for a go ahead)

- You are under 18 years old.

- You are a diabetic.

- You have a blood borne communicable disease such as HIV or hepatitis.

- You are pregnant/breastfeeding.

- You have a major heart problem, or you use a pacemaker.

- You are undergoing a treatment such as chemotherapy.

- You have a severe skin condition, such as eczema, rashes, skin cancer, psoriasis.

- You are prone to get keloid skin.

- You are allergic or sensitive to any metals, lidocaine, or topical numbing agents.

- You take blood thinner on a regular basis. (Should be stopped 48 hours prior to the appointment, with a doctors approval)

- You have thyroid disorders.

- You have an uncontrolled blood pressure.

- You are sick with flu or cold.

- You are on Accutane in the last 12 months.

Note: It is important that you communicate any medical conditions to the artist who will be performing the procedure for you. If you have any serious medical conditions, please consult with your family physician prior to proceeding with booking.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION:

Please be advised that not following pre-care information may impact your healing results.

- No alcohol/caffeine consumption 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Alcohol consumption will increase your level of sensitivity to pain regardless of numbing application. It will also increase your likelihood of swelling post procedure.

- Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to the procedure.

- Do not work out 24 hours prior to the procedure.

- Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin e or Advil. Ibuprofen 24 hours prior to the procedure.

- Stop taking Omega 3/fish oil one week prior to procedure.

- No eyebrow waxing or tinting one week prior to procedure.

- Discontinue Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Hydroquinone, Vitamin C, Chemical Peels and Retin-A four weeks prior to the scheduled appointment.

- Avoid Intense Light Therapy, Laser Treatments, LED Treatments four weeks prior to the scheduled appointment.

- No Botox 4 weeks around the eyes and brow area.

- No micro-needling or any forms of medical facials 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment.

- Must be off Accutane for 12 months prior to the schedule appointment.

- Please note that you will feel more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There is no cancellation to appointments booked. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, kindly provide with a 48 hour notice. You can scroll to the bottom of the confirmation email of the appointment to reschedule. Please ensure you double check your availability prior to confirming the appointment time. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, then your deposit will be forfeit.

PUNCTUALITY

Please respect everyone's time by arriving on time to your appointment. Do not show up earlier to your scheduled time. If you are late more than 15 minutes or do not show up, I reserve the right to refuse service and you will forfeit your deposit. Should you have an emergency, please be sure to contact me as soon as possible.

PREVIOUS PERMANENT OR SEMI-PERMANENT EYEBROWS

If your eyebrows were previously tattooed, it is considered to be corrective or cover up work. Please not that not all old eyebrow or eyeliner tattoos are workable. Please send a phot of your brows to glamitbyvanessa2020@gmail.com. Photos must be clear and taken during daylight.
