If you are new to Hypnotherapy or Integrative Life Coaching and would like to have a brief consultation before booking your initial appointment, please book this time for virtual consultation to discuss any questions you may have.

In this session via Zoom video, we will discuss your goals, do a thorough intake, and discuss what it's like to work with hypnosis. Then, we will do an introductory session and create a unique strategy tailored to your own unique needs, learning style, and neuroplastic profile. Please ensure that you have headphones, and a comfortable place where you can relax and not be disturbed. This appointment is 90 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: Hypnosis is not covered by insurance
