Next we do your 60 minutes energy detox-healing session removing stress, trauma, energizing the body and calming the mind. mmmm nice! haha AND Booking these two together saves you 400kr also

PT Spiritual Retreat 6 weeks

1 hour

A custom spiritual PT (personal trainer) series where we work together for one hour per week for six weeks. You must have previously had at least one session with me prior to this to qualify. Each week we do 1. psychic check in 2. yogi breathwork 3. Brief Meditation 4. Relaxation & Healing. It is designed to jumpstart your own personal spiritual practice for your life. nice! haha! i wish i could’ve had this back in the day!
