We are a team of educated and intelligent practitioners who listen to your body and work with structure and alignment to achieve positive results for all clients. We currently serve clients in our Oakland and Davis offices.
For ease of scheduling, we recommend signing up for an account. This will allow you to view appointment information, reschedule appointments, and view packages more easily than if you schedule as a guest. You will have the option to register at the end of this booking session.
Please note that you will be required to provide a credit card for booking, but you will not be charged unless you choose to pay for your appointment in advance.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
We take Covid-19 very seriously. We want you to feel safe and protected so that you can rest and relax knowing that all possible precautions are being taken to keep you well.
UPDATED COVID GUIDELINES
Please note that we have updated our Covid-19 protocols as follows in response to the prevalence of the Omicron variant:
1) TESTING: Please let me know when your last PCR or Antigen test was taken. If you had a negative PCR test within 3 days prior to our appointment, or a negative antigen/rapid test within 24 hours of our appointment, no further testing is needed. If your tests were taken beyond these windows, I request that you take an Antigen/rapid test the morning of our appointment. If you are unable to find any available test kits, I can provide you with one for a $10 fee. Please let me know in advance if you need this service, and plan to arrive at my office 15 minutes prior to your appointment to take the test.
2) EXPOSURE TO POSITIVE COVID: If you know for certain that you were exposed to covid through a family member, co-worker or friend, I request that you cancel/not book your appointment until you have two consecutive negative PCR or antigen tests spaced several days apart or, if that is not an option, to wait ten days from exposure to see if any symptoms develop.
3) POSSIBLE UNCONFIRMED EXPOSURE: If you were exposed to a person who is waiting on test results, but has symptoms or cause for concern, please cancel/don't book your appointment. If their test comes back negative, then we can (re)schedule if we agree it feels ok under the circumstances.
4) SYMPTOMS: If you have even the slightest hint of sore throat or other symptoms ... runny nose, cough, headache, fever, etc....please cancel.
5) MASKS: Please wear an N95 or KF94 mask if you have one. If not, I will have surgical masks available for you to put over your cloth mask.
I am vaccinated and vigilant about wearing a N95 or double mask both in the studio and out in public. The air purifier is continuously running during studio hours, and windows are opened in between appointments. All the other things like hand washing, thorough laundering and sanitizing are routine. I also take a PCR test at least once a week, and recently 2-3 times per week, and will take a rapid test before coming to Oakland. In the event that I develop symptoms or test positive, I will need to reschedule our appointment.
