Let's move and breathe together! Take a break from your day, grab your mat, bring your dog and/or cat, and let's move :). This class is a thoughtful sequence of mindful movements designed to help you feel better in your body. Appropriate for all levels.
Friday Roll Out
In this 30 minute class we'll using therapy balls for SMFR, Self Myofascial Release to soothe sore, tired, overused, underused, missed tissues and give our muscles and bodies a little TLC.
