Here are the steps to follow after booking a session.
1. Build a list of concerns, symptoms, goals or desires. Email it in advance if possible
2. Be hydrated, sitting in a quiet room
3. Watch the 7-Keys video on my Contact Me page, which will also be sent to you after booking your session time.
4. If you would like a video session, email me your preference of Zoom, Skype or FaceTime. Zoom link can be sent upon request.
5. Back stories are not necessary, only need the symptoms, goals or desires.
