TERMS AND AGREEMENTS
*Read the TERMS AND AGREEMENTS before confirming appointments*
Appointments must be booked, and payments finalized online 24 hours prior to appointment date.
Customers will pay a deposit of 40% of the service price. Deposits are non-refundable.
For appointments under $100.00, payments are due at the time of online scheduling.
For all other service pricing, the remaining balance is due 24 hours before schedule appointment date.
If at any time during an appointment, customers would like any additional services, that balance will be finalized at the end of their appointment.
If for any reason a scheduled appointment is missed the customer forfeits their deposit and will not be allowed to use previous funds to reschedule a new appointment.
All appointments require a deposit, No exceptions.
If for any reason Brittney Thomas is requested by the customer to make product purchases on customers behalf, funds for product reimbursement is due at the beginning of the appointment.
Customer will receive a copy if the product purchase receipt.
No major changes can be made after appointments are secured by deposit. Ex:No service changes the day of your scheduled appointment.
Customers are allowed to “donate” their appointment to another customer IF THE CUSTOMER STANDS TO RECEIVE THE EXACT SAME APPOINTMENT AS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED.
