Hello Lash Lovers!

We are Florida licensed Estheticians/Cosmetologists, we are also all certified lash technicians. We appreciate you booking us to enhance your facial and eyelash extension beauty needs. Booking is very simple and easy, just follow the instructions!

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary to book an appointment. Before completing your appointment you will be required to pay 50% deposit online this deposit is for the appointment that is being made and ONLY for that appointment.


• We reserve the right to keep the deposit if you fail to show or or cancel scheduled Appointment (this applies to appointments booked same day also


• The remaining must be paid in CASH or CREDIT CARD.


• You will be sent an text reminder 24 hours before your appointment.


• IF YOU ARE LATE more than 10 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment we also reserve the right to charge card on file a 50% no show if you do not cancel before giving 24 hours notice or keep the deposit that was left when booking appointment. Same day appointments lose deposit.
  
  
• Any credit/deposit must be used within 30 days of deposit, After 30 days and the deposit has not been used it’s monetary value will be forfeited and no refunds will be given with no exceptions.


• If you pay in full for a service store credit will be used for any unused credit (in case no show or cancellation fee is deducted from payment) or you may need to pay the difference for any remaining balance .
• If you are not satisfied with the service we will be more than happy to fix anything at no cost.

LASHES-

Please be sure to come with clean lashes. No eye makeup. No strips. No liner. NOTHING PLEASE.

WHEN YOU COMING INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU MUST HAVE CLEAN LASHES (FOR EXAMPLE NO EYE MAKEUP/MASCARA/CONCEALER) A $5 SHAMPOO CLEANUP FEE WILL BE ADDED ON TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

• We do not work over other lash techs/salons work. You will be required to remove your current lashes to place a new and fresh set.


• After your service, DO NOT WET your eyelash extensions for 24 hours. This includes steam, sweat, heat, oil, eye makeup, etc. To ensure the longevity of your lashes.


• Refills starting prices are posted below and they will vary. If you have less than 50% lashes on each eye you will be charged as a full set and NOT a refill.


• If you have any eye conditions such as conjunctivitis, pink eye please do not book. Wait until you’re fully treated to get eyelash extensions. We will not be responsible for any further damage done to your eyes. Safety first.


• If you are someone who’s considered to have “teary-eyes”, please understand that keeping your eyes closed at all times is VITAL!
• If you have any eye/medical conditions that hinder the lashes/glue from being placed properly (example - teary eyes/dry eye or any eye condition please talk with owner/tech to make sure you are a candidate for Lash services)


• Do not expect your lashes to look like any other client I’ve had. Everyone has different eye shapes, lash lengths, thickness, and curls. We will aim to do what looks best for your eye shape and face.


• Brush lashes daily! (Best when brushed while wet)


• Please clean your lashes with oil free soap (baby shampoo or lash shampoo which is sold in our shop)


• If for some reason you have fall out and and need a fix (you must call within the 3 days) I will do a free fix within 3 days of your lash service ~ After 3 days will be a weekly and you will be charged a fee

Please be sure to come with clean brows and an idea of what you’re aiming your brows to look like.
