Welcome to Dilligence Training! Here at your consultation, you will receive an introductory workout, physical assessment and Inbody Body Composition scan from our fitness professional.

Consultations will allow your trainer to evaluate your fitness level to discuss your goals and any limitations you may have.

This is our first step towards getting you to your desired goal(s). We look forward to seeing you soon!

Group Training

Xtreme Hip Hop Step Class (Intermediate)

50 minutes @ $10.00

This is a FREE class, however we do require a $10 deposit that will be refunded upon your arrival! With their being limited slots, if there is a no call no show, your deposit will not be refunded unless you have communicated in advance.

Xtreme Hip Hop Step Class (Beginners)

30 minutes @ $10.00

Saturday Full Body Workouts

50 minutes @ $10.00
