By booking an appointment with Adalina East you agree to the following Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds can be given for any cancellation made within 48 hours of your appointment slot. By giving me 48 hours notice, it allows me to contact those on the waiting list.
• I will do my best to accommodate a reasonable timeline if you need to reschedule your appointment.
• No shows will be charged the full session amount.
• For late arrivals to appointments, your appointment time will be shortened so that I may serve the following person on time.
