Testing appointments include measuring vital signs, cholesterol panel (including total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides), blood glucose, body metrics (weight, water content, fat mass, muscle mass, BMR, metabolic age, etc.), waist circumference, circle of life wheel, and cardiovascular risk score.

For your initial consultation, you have the option of booking in with Brianne (RN, Expert Coach), with Taylor (LPN, Graduate Coach), OR, you can now also book in for a student coach consultation with Holly (RN, Student Coach)!

Student coaching is completed by Holly, with the same quality and focus as expert coaching, but with an exclusive rate until she becomes fully certified. *Brianne will also be present during these calls for additional support and guidance.

Initial consultations provide an opportunity to take a deep dive into your health history, talk about your goals and expectations, and make sure that we are a good fit for your wellness plan moving forward. They are a requirement for coaching programs.

Our current available and regular office days are Tuesday's (8am - 8pm), Thursday's (12pm - 8pm) and every second Saturday (11am - 4pm) of each week. Hours may vary depending on the week.

The prices for our services are as follows:

Child Consult $75

Student Coaching $89 (Adult or Adolescent)

Adult Consult $150

Couple's Consult $225

The price for just a testing appointment (with no consultation) is $55, and includes the same measurements listed above.

Ear candling is completed by Taylor OR Holly, and can be booked as a single service below for $40.

Appointment fees are required up front, and are non-refundable.

Cancelled or moved appointments will be eligible for rescheduling within one month of original booking date.

*STUDENT COACHING* Adult Initial Consultation with Testing Appointment- In Person (STONY PLAIN, AB)

1 hour 30 minutes @ CA$89.00

This testing appointment and consultation is completed by our STUDENT COACH (Holly) at our clinic space in Stony Plain, AB (5013 50 St).

It includes measuring vital signs, cholesterol panel, blood glucose, body metrics, waist circumference, circle of life wheel, and cardiovascular risk score.

Your consultation will include a full discussion and evaluation of your health history.

The cost of these two services is $89, which will be applied to your program payment, should you choose to sign up.

Children's Initial Consultation- Virtual via Zoom

50 minutes @ CA$75.00

This consultation is completed virtually, via Zoom, and will include a full discussion and evaluation of your child's health history.

Please note that a child consultation does not include a testing appointment.

The cost of a children's consultation is $75.

Teen Initial Consultation with Testing Appointment- In Person (STONY PLAIN, AB)

1 hour 30 minutes @ CA$150.00

This testing appointment and consultation is completed at our clinic space in Stony Plain, AB (5013 50 St).

It includes measuring vital signs, cholesterol panel, blood glucose, body metrics, waist circumference, circle of life wheel, and cardiovascular risk score.

Your consultation will include a full discussion and evaluation of your health history.

The cost of these two services is $150, which will be applied to your program payment, should you choose to sign up.

Adult Initial Consultation- Virtual via Zoom

50 minutes @ CA$150.00

This consultation is completed virtually, via Zoom, and will include a full discussion and evaluation of your health history.

The cost of this appointment is $150, which, should you choose to sign up with us, will be applied to your program payment.

You will have the option to book your testing appointment portion in person separately- or you can instead opt to receive a referral letter to your doctor, to have some tests completed to establish your baseline. Please discuss with your nurse/coach.

Adult Initial Consultation with Testing Appointment- In Person (STONY PLAIN, AB)

1 hour 30 minutes @ CA$150.00

Couple's Initial Consultation- Virtual via Zoom

1 hour 30 minutes @ CA$225.00

This initial consultation is scheduled for a virtual appointment via Zoom. At this appointment, we will go through both of your health history forms in detail and you will both be provided with a doctor referral letter to have a health screening completed, including measuring your vital signs, cholesterol panel and blood glucose.

The cost of a couple's virtual consultation is $225, which will be applied to your program payment, should you choose to sign on.

Testing Appointment- In Person (STONY PLAIN, AB)

30 minutes @ CA$55.00

This independent testing appointment is completed at our clinic space in Stony Plain (5013 50 Street).

It does NOT include a consultation.

It includes measuring vital signs, cholesterol panel, blood glucose, body metrics, waist circumference, circle of life wheel, and cardiovascular risk score.

The cost of this service is $55.

Ear Candling- In Person (STONY PLAIN, AB)

30 minutes @ CA$40.00

A holistic technique to remove ear wax that involves placing a lit, hollow, cone-shaped candle into the ear canal. This cone acts as a 'vacuum', sucking the ear wax up inside of it and removing it from the ear.

This technique is safe, painless, and affective when done by a properly trained practitioner.

Ear Candling costs $40 for both ears. Should you wish to only have one done, please contact us directly for booking at hello@theholisticrn.ca.
