Mindfulness and compassion can be highly effective tools to increase motivation and discipline. This zoom session will begin with a 15 minute guided meditation to help you tap into your own deep sources of motivation. We will follow with a discussion about how to address the common mental traps that get in the way of our best intentions to take better care of ourselves.
