Cravings, food and body image

This session will begin with a body appreciation and awareness meditation. This session builds on the topic of motivation for health activities from April 29th. Research shows that qualities of body awareness, kindness and appreciation can help us manage cravings and have greater consciousness about activity and nutrition choices. This session will explore how to use mindfulness and compassion to greater greater ease with ourselves, our bodies, our cravings and desires.
