- Booking opens on the first Sunday of each month at 7 p.m. Appointments are available up to a month in advance. If you do not see any available appointments, the month is fully booked. Any cancellations or new openings will be posted on the "Appointments/Cancellations" channel in my Instagram bio.
- A $40 non-refundable deposit is required on all services except brow cleanups. this deposit when booking and will go toward your balance. Cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of this deposit.
- For brow cleanups, please note a deposit is not required, however, a valid card must be on file to secure your appointment.
- Late arrivals: There’s a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and the full-service fee will apply.
- No-shows or cancellations must be made within 24 hours, or you will be charged the full amount for the service.
- Health and safety: If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule. Also, please do not bring additional guests unless they have booked a service.
- For lash services, please arrive makeup-free. I don't work over lashes from other artists, so be sure to schedule a removal if needed.
- Fill appointments require at least 40% of lashes remaining to qualify for a fill. If this isn’t met, you may be charged for a full set.
Please follow all aftercare instructions and reach out within 48 hours if you have any concerns.

PERMANENT JEWELRY
Permanent Jewelry is now available at BEAUTYXBRU! Please take a moment to review the following important policies:
- Permanent jewelry is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers or allergies to 14k gold or sterling silver. Please consider any medical conditions or metal allergies before proceeding.
- Beautyxbru is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications.
- If stretching or breakage occurs, a reattachment service will be provided at no charge as long as the chain is still present.
- Lost chains cannot be replaced or refunded.
- After the initial appointment, there is a $20 fee for chain resizing. Chains can only be made shorter/tighter; they cannot be loosened unless a connector charm is added for an additional $25 fee.
- While our chains are designed to be durable, they are not indestructible. To keep your jewelry looking great and lasting longer, please follow the aftercare guidelines provided at the end of your service.
