Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and have parent or guardian signature. PMU is available only to 18+.

Fills on sets from other lash techs or studios - We do fill sets from other lash artists, providing they’ve been correctly applied and aren’t causing any damage to the natural lashes. Fills on other techs work cannot be guaranteed until the time of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy 70% of new clients no-show their first appointment. Please help us avoid taking deposits by choosing times and days you are confident you will be able to make your appointment. Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $45 missed appointment fee. Clients who no-show appointments will not be able to rebook at our studio.

Multiple appointment bookings - To keep our services accessible for all our clients, please only book one appointment for your service. Multiple bookings for the same service will be cancelled.
