Please remember to bring your own water bottle, towel, Shoe Brush and Exercise Mat (if required).

To allow for a more seamless transition between groups we now require all classes to be prepaid at the time of your booking. This helps us to monitor class numbers, and accurately record our contact tracing.

Please keep in mind we have a 24hr cancellation policy.

To comply with the government guidelines we are currently running smaller class numbers.

And of course, if you are feeling unwell or presenting any flu like symptoms please cancel or reschedule your class or private lessons.
