Important Notices:

• Lesion removal/treatment: it is mandatory that the lesion has been diagnosed by a medical professional. You can do with via your local GP, other medical professionals (We do not need it in writing or require a referral), or here at a charge of £450.

• Treatment booked without a consultation: if it transpires that the treatment should not be carried out for any reason, is not suitable, or you decide not to go ahead, the minimum chargeable amount for that appointment type will be charged.

• Treatment during a consultation: It is highly unlikely that there will be sufficient time to carry out treatment during a consultation. It is best to assume that this will not be the case.

• Blood Testing Services: for home test kits, please account for delays due to the festive period/strikes. Home testing kits and intravenous testing are non-refundable once booked/purchase.

• Rescheduling/cancellation: We operate a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. The full charge for your given appointment, plus the resale value of stock/consumables used, is payable if your appointment is cancelled/not attended. 50% of the appointment's minimum charge plus the resale value of stock/consumables used will be payable if the booking is rescheduled within the cancellation period up until the time of your appointment, after which the cancellation fee applies. You are allowed to reschedule an appointment no more than once. Please note that two unattended appointments will result in any further bookings needing to be made via phone and will be at the discretion of the business.
