This will be a 2 hour session - starting with a tremor session which I will lead in a particular way to show how to easily teach the exercises online, and get a little more creative. After the session we will gather as a group, and look at some of the do's and don'ts, extra safety regulations in place, ethics and interventions. There will be some extra time for Q and A.
