Availability: If this booking app does not show availability, this confirms that we do not have an available therapist at the chosen time.

Hygiene: Please come freshly showered to your appointment. We have a shower facility, which you are welcome to use if more convenient.

Couples Massages: Couples massages require you to book 2 x identical appointments - to ensure 2 x therapists are available and reserved for you.

Parking: We apologise that the rear parking area is not available to customers as it is reserved for tenants only - including tenants of neighbouring businesses.
