Kripalu Yoga embraces the power of a compassionate practice on and off the mat. Through the practice of movement, standing postures, simple breathing techniques, and meditation you will bring more harmony, balance and inner peace into your body, mind and spirit.
All levels of yoga and beginners are welcome to the yoga class.

Please bring a mat, and a towel or blanket.
