Drop off times are any time between 11am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday. Please ring the buzzer to be let in and leave your hair at my suite with your name and date of appt.
Booking Policy
BOOKINGS FOR THE UPCOMING MONTH OPEN ON THE 15th OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH! (Ex: December opens on November 15th, January opens on December 15th...)
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service. If you do not show up for your appointment or fail to follow drop off policy your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will NOT be returned.
If you paid for your service in full and choose to cancel your selected date, a new deposit will be required to secure a new date.
Services are non-refundable.
ALL APPOINTMENTS AFTER SEPTEMBER 3RD, 2023 WILL BE LOCATED AT MY NEW BROOKLYN LOCATION. Please contact me for further questions if you have not done so
Before You Come
- ALL WIGS AND LACE MUST BE DROPPED OFF.
- If your unit is being colored or made, you must drop off at least 7 days before your appointment.
- If you have a wig that is only being installed or if you are doing a sew in, you must drop your lace off at least 3 days before your appointment.
- PICKUP IS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE UNABLE TO DROP OFF THEIR HAIR AT A RATE OF $15-$25 WITHIN THE LONG ISLAND/QUEENS AREA. PLEASE CONTACT ME THE WEEK BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO ARRANGE PICKUP.
- No extra guests including children ❤️
- If you are more than 15 minutes late a $30 fee will be applied. After 20 minutes your appointment is canceled.
- I DO NOT work over other stylists work.
- If you are planning on booking glue-less please make sure you have decent lace.
- Appointments before 11:00 are +$25 per each hour earlier.
- If you need hair supplied for your appointment, please DM my customer service page (@bigbrattyhair.info) with the length, texture and color that you desire included. PLEASE ORDER HAIR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
- If you book a custom color, please send a pic of the color to customer service NUMBER after drop off. Please be informed that any color service on hair past 30” is subject to price inflation
- PLEASE be mindful that not all lace is good lace. Bad lace most times equals less than stellar results.
- Do not book an event the same day as your hair appt. I will not rush my work.
- IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME 50% OF YOUR REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD.
- Deposits are only applicable for the month in which they are booked.
- Once you leave my chair, I am not responsible for any damage done to your hair. You have 48 hours to reach out to me regarding any discrepancies. If you leave and do not speak up, I am not liable for anything that needs to be fixed for free.
- If you try to run out on a service, you’ll be charged a $50 extra fee.
- You can reschedule a MAX of 1 time per booking. Excessive rebooking will result in a rescheduling fee.

*In the event that New York issues a shutdown on the state due to increasing case, all deposits for future appointments will be CREDITED to a future appointment when the shutdown is lifted. Please be mindful of this when booking your appointment during this pandemic.*
