This treatment that I find difficult to pronounce basically means that these oils are mixed and shipped out to me by Naturally Thinking. If this was Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in the aromatherapy world, these would be the name of the dwarves: floral, citrus, resinous, wooden, herbaceous, spicy, earthy and camphoraceous. These guys work harmoniously together for the greater good.

Hot Stones

This treatment involves using varied sized smooth basalt heated stones that are used to massage instead of your hands. The heat reaches places in your body that most other treatments cannot. Think of your body as a vessel that is filled with rocks, then pour sand into the vessel and that fills the spaces in between the rocks.

Facials

A beauty treatment for the face. In my opinion, this is probably one of the most relaxing treatments you can receive because you hold a surprising amount of tension in your face. The face is cleansed, steamed, toned, masked and moisturised. There are other embellishments that can be added to this treatment but can be discussed and tailored to your needs.

Hopi Ear Candle

This is where a tapered cotton tube is dipped in beeswax, honey and herbs. This is then lit and the physics behind it is that the flame creates a vacuum inside the tube and sucks out all the impurities from your ears. If you like watching a fire place, then imagine a teeny tiny fire place inside your ear.

Bellabaci Cupping

It is like glass cupping, but safer and your can move around with it. This is the only treatment you can have where this is allowed to roll over the spine because of using negative pressure (not pushing into the body but the suction in the cup lifts the skin) think of this as if your body is having a light vacuum without that unbearable sound.

Thai Foot Massage

This is a rigorous treatment that involves massaging starting at your feet to your lower leg using party your hands and partly with a smooth rounded off stick. It is both relaxing and stimulating at the same time. On a more personal note, I actually found that it helped my lower back tremendously.
