For your initial appointment, this is the time you get to share where you currently are and where it is you would like to be in regards to your nutrition and overall health aspirations. Coach Billy will then lay out a plan specific to you in regards to what your journey is going to look like to reach your desired goals.
Weekly check in's are a time for Billy to assess how you are doing with your current homework as your make your way to your most desired goal. He will be assessing your overall body fat percentage as well as giving you a grade for your "fitness score" which consists of 8 essential categories towards your success.
