This class concentrates on physical health & mental well-being by exploring w/ curiosity areas our body is holding tension, through joint mobilization/warm up exercises. We'll stretch our muscles to find sensation in movement, & strengthen our muscles to achieve greater stability in the joints. Using various yoga props, we will emphasize alignment & breath while actively engaging our body in gentle muscle contractions. This low impact exercise class is accessible for anyone with limited mobility
