To use a credit card for your appointment, it is necessary to present photo identification. Please note that credit card fees will apply.
Once booked, a non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied to the total of your service. The remaining balance is due in cash, Zelle or Apple Pay.
Extensions must be clean, dry, and free of any product residue or threads before installation. If Extensions need to be shampooed before service , an additional fee will be charged.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please refer to the email confirmation. You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment (No Call/ No Show) will be charged the full-service fee through their original payment method.
