You can book your treatment below and add any extras such as massage before confirming your appointment. We get busy very quickly and only open up 2 months in advance. To stay in our appointment books you can schedule another treatment with your therapist.

Each facial can be tailored to suit your skin type and concerns which we will discuss in the consultation on the day so don't worry if you're not sure if it's right for you.

Cancellation Policy: Due to loss of therapist earnings and administrative costs a fee of 30% will be charged on all cancellations. If more than 48 hours notice is received prior to cancellation 70% of the total fee will be refunded. However, all appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before an appointment and all no shows will not be refunded.

Reschedule: To reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours beforehand use the CHANGE button on your confirmation email & there will be no fee charged. If there is no availability you will need to email enquiries@farmgirlbysarahjane.com but there is no guarantee outside of the policy.

Punctuality and Courtesy: Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will still be applied. We will do our best to extend the treatment depending on the time of our next client.

Please read your confirmation email in full as it will give you our full address and helpful instructions. Please do wait until your appointment time to come to the door as your therapist may still be in treatment.

Pregnant Ladies: We cannot perform any treatments in your first trimester. After 12 weeks you can only book the 'Mummy to be massage', 'Mummy to be Bespoke Package', 'Reflexology', 'A New Dawn' 'Essential Facial' or the 'Full Works' can be adapted, we have electrical three part moving beds and bolsters so we can get you and bump comfortable.

Add on massage: If you would like to add a back massage or full body massage to a Purification Facial or Full Frequency please choose a 'Ritual' and pop in your notes your preference of facial.

Cancer Treatments: Please contact us on enquiries@farmgirlbysarahjane.com. We are not trained at the moment in oncology facials and massage but we do have Reflexology as an option and can accept notes from your oncologist to perform a facial with your permission.
