I am Licensed Nail Technician located in Prince George’s County, Largo Maryland. All future clients are responsible for reading and understanding the entirety of this site. PLEASE read thoroughly before booking so there’s no misunderstanding before your appointment!

POLICY

• There is a 20$ deposit fee to secure your appointment, also used as a cancellation fee. I refund deposits if I become a inconvenience due to any unforeseen circumstances that results in cancellation. After services you will pay your remaining balance with Zelle/Cash. Any other payment method will result in an additional fee of 3$.
  
• For any reason you want to cancel your appointment please let me know 48 hours prior to your appointment time, this will allow your deposit to be transferable if you choose to reschedule. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
• Please list all information requested when booking, this allows me to be able to reach you regarding your appointment if necessary.
• My booking site list descriptions of sets, please read them throughly when booking. If you have any questions text (301) 508-9706. If you incorrectly book your deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel.
• Business hours are from 7:00am-5:00pm. If you choose to book on/after 5:00pm you will be charged an +35$ fee.
• We all run a little late! Although running late does set my schedule behind. I have a 15 min grace period, charge free! However anytime after that will result in cancellation. Please be on time.
• Please do not book you feel any Flu/COVID like symptoms or have been around anyone in the last three weeks with the virus. Masks are mandatory to be worn throughout your whole service. Temperatures will also be checked. Cancelation/Rescheduling for healthy/safety reasons are completely at my discretion prior/during your service.
• I currently do not offer soak offs/manicure service. All sets and availability is what is listed. I will update this site two weeks before the upcoming month with availability. All promotions and sales/post will be updated via Instagram and Twitter daily

APPOINTMENT INFO

• After booking your appointment you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive the address and exact location in the building for your appointment 48 hours before your appointment time. The email also will reinstate the policy and safety precautions that are mandatory, you are responsible for reading the additional terms and abiding the policy.
