I created this class in the hopes of providing families practical information about the physiological aspects of labor, childbirth and postpartum, but also to help folks connect with the mental and spiritual aspects. We'll also learn newborn baby care basics and help prepare you for the transition to parenthood. -Erika

Both Parents need to register if planning to support birth. Solo parents welcome.
