You will be working directly with Chris and what the session contains will be completely dependant on your needs and expectations. You can specify whether the treatment is focused on Recovery, Preparation or Injury Rehabilitation.

Conditioning Session

You will be working directly with Chris and what the session contains will be completely dependant on your needs and expectations. Mobility, strength, fitness or activations will be considered to help you improve your performance.

Self Recovery

Normatec Compression Boots

30 minutes @ A$20.00

When you book this session you get personal use of the NormaTec Dynamic Compression Boots for the 30mins.

You have the Short Boot (inseam <85cm) and Standard Boot (inseam >85cm) available for use.

Please ensure you wear socks and long pants or tights to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection.

Power Plate Whole Body Vibration

30 minutes @ A$20.00

When you book this session you get personal use of a Power Plate Whole Body Vibration Plate for the 30mins.

You must have had a 45min Private Treatment with Chris to learn how to use the Power Plate before being allowed to book this Self Recovery Session.
