Mindful Embodied Therapy
Mindful Embodied Therapy occurs in person. This is the heart and soul of the work. Best to wear stretchy, layered clothing that allows for comfortable movement.

This is an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what is drawing you to therapy. It's also a chance to get a feel for one another. The therapeutic "fit" is huge part of successful treatment. Please let me know if the times available don't fit your schedule.
