An online consultation done via Zoom lasting approximately 1-1/2 - 2 hours. A detailed medical history will be taken, lifestyle and Self Care healing tips (castor pack, tonic, pelvic steam) are offered and the abdominal massage taught.

A brief consultation followed by abdominal massage, and belly wrapping.
Suitable for all postpartum mothers.
Women who have had a caesarean operation must wait 6 weeks before booking this treatment.
