SAVE MONEY ON YOUR PHYSICAL - Read ALL the following information!

1. Complete Medxpress.faa.gov for each physical. (Your confirmation number is good for 60 days.)
2. PRINTOUT the 2 page Medxpress Completed Application (it will have the answers to ALL of your questions with the confirmation number printed at the bottom of the page). BRING IT WITH YOU and also bring your most recent FAA Medical Certificate (if you have one).
3. Drink WATER before your appointment for the required urine sample.
If you wear glasses, bring them. If you wear contact lens, please wear them.

The office is not open everyday, TEXT for an appointment.

Exams typically take about 30 minutes.
