Learn what you can do now to help you and your baby during the first days. We can prepare a plan together to assist you in achieving your breastfeeding goals.

Whether you are looking for general breastfeeding education or have specific concerns, I will work with you to discuss your goals, bust some myths, and help you feel confident and ready for the journey ahead of you!

First Consult - Virtual

1 hour 30 minutes @ CHF 210.00

Your first appointment with your baby, customised to your particular needs, dreams and goals. Includes a detailed history, feeding assessment, baby's oral assessment (where needed), breast assessment (where needed) and the joint creation of a feasible, sustainable feeding care-plan for you going forward.

Longer sessions are possible, and time is charged in 10min increments.

First Consult - Home Visit

1 hour 30 minutes @ CHF 295.00

Home visits are possible within 20km of Wädenswil, Switzerland.

Customised to your and your baby's particular needs, your dreams and your goals. Includes a detailed health history, assessment of a full feed, baby's oral assessment (if necessary), mother's breast assessment (if necessary), and the creation of a feeding care plan together.

Extra time is charged per 10min.

Bottles /Pumping Consultation - Office Visit

Bottles: Know how to introduce a bottle in a way that will still protect breastfeeding, learn how to exclusively bottle feed so that you are able to better judge your baby's hungry/full cues, tips and steps to take for babies who are refusing bottles, etc.

Pumping: Questions about different pumps, pumping schedules, returning to work, milk quantities and storage, boosting milk output while pumping, etc.

For compassionate, non-judgemental weaning advice at any age, choose this. Includes gentle weaning, night weaning, emergency/rapid weaning, weaning from pumping, emotional support throughout weaning, and any other weaning support.

Weaning Consultation - Office Visit

Oral Assessment and Rehabilitation

1 hour @ CHF 160.00

This consultation will assess your baby's oral anatomy and function, and provide a detailed discussion on steps to take regarding sucking and swallowing coordination and muscle rehabilitation. For a discussion feeding issues, book a 'First Consultation'. Book this for discussion of:
- Tongue ties (class I-IV) and lip ties
- Palatal issues (high arched and bubble palates)
- Uncoordinated suck and inefficient sucking compensations
- Reactivating suckling reflexes and desensitising overactive gag ref

Oral Assessment

30 minutes @ CHF 90.00

This shorter consultation will only assess your baby's oral anatomy and function, and will not assess a full feed. For a discussion feeding issues, book a 'First Consultation'. Book this for an assessment of:
