This class is for people who are either completely new to pole or are seasoned beginners. In this class we will cover various spins, sits and holds, climb technique and conditioning drills for strengthening core and shoulders to invert one day. (If you are already inverting, that if amazing, but we will not be focusing on inverted skills).
As students become comfortable with skills, we will start to sequence skills together for endurance, and memory retention (There's a lot of names to remember!)
