FOR ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES: A $100.00 non refundable booking fee is required to schedule and secure any Permanent Makeup or Restorative Service appointment. This is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and will be applied towards your balance on the day of your service. Full payment is due at the time of your first appointment.
FOR ALL SERVICES UNDER $100.00, you will be required to pay in full at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICYOut of respect for the time dedicated to an appointment, we ask for a courtesy call of at least 48 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Being on time for your appointment is very important. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another $100 booking fee (where applicable) to reschedule. Please note the length of your scheduled appointment and allow for the full amount of time. If you cannot commit to the required time the day of the appointment, you will be asked to reschedule, and you will be required to pay another $100 non refundable booking fee. Appointments paid in full will not be refunded for no-call, no-show clients. Notice of at least 48 hours is required to cancel or reschedule pre-paid appointments, and a 25% rebooking fee may be assessed. To cancel or reschedule, please call 920.770.3DBW (3329).
