WE REQUIRE 100% deposit. Payments will be returned with 24hr+ notification. We have strict 24-hour cancellation policy. All refunds will still include the Credit Card processing fees, as they are not refunded to us. Please change/edit/cancel your appointment as soon as possible. You may choose to tip in person. For refunds, you must contact Julie, the owner.
New clients: Please fill out the online intake form. One may amend forms up to 2 hours before their appointment by going to the link in confirmation emails. Save the confirmation emails!
Returning Clients - Text Julie at 352-870-2381 with questions about scheduling should you not see your desired time or therapist.
Availability: Don't see available time for the desired service? Try shorter appointment times - 30 and 45 minutes. It may be faster to call 352-519-5106 and schedule. (We do not have a receptionist, so please leave a message.)
Arrive 5 minutes before scheduled appointment time and wait in your car for your therapist to text you to come in.
Create an account: By creating an account, it is easier to make, change, and cancel appointments. Register for an account by going to your confirmation email -> then "change/cancel/edit forms" -> and there you will see "Register for an Account". When you do not create an account, you must save your confirmation email OR wait for your 48 hour reminder email to be able to change yourself.
Couples "tandem" massages are given in separate rooms. One must book by calling Julie at 352-870-2381. We are limited at this time due to fewer therapists and fewer hours. Please plan 2 weeks ahead.
Gift Certificates: Gifts purchased before March 2019 please call. Gifts with an 8 letter/number combo code can be used here in online booking. Old priced gifts cannot be booked any longer online. Call Julie at 352-870-2381 OR text her with a full description of any other gifts.
